IFSA AGM 2008 summary

ÌFSA Motions carried


National Boat Angler


Minimum size 20cm

Fished at anchor

Same points acored for all fish of a species regardless of size (no cod and cod+ etc)

Maximum of 6 species counts

Bait to be supplied

World Boat team be of 6 members

Fish off pool similar to shore to be introduced, fished under FIPS-M rules

Junior clubs may be set up, minimum of 2 senior members. Club members are not eligible to enter master angler and senior members not eligble to fish opens using their junior club membership.

Not at all happy with how this AGM was run think this is a case of must do better .
any one out there think the same as i do or am i the only one who thinks this was the worst run AGM in the last 30 years.

Didn't think it was too bad . Have been at worse.

If people have issues with how the IFSA run their meetings/affairs, I'd really prefer they brought it up with the IFSA.

That aside, what issues did you have?

JD you posted the motions above i have problems with how the motions were changed on the day .
I think i made it very clear what i thought of the meeting on the day.
will leave it at that

i think its fantastic to see that anglers are making progress, styles of fishing are like ages its nice to see were moving out of the stone age & getting with the times,
