thanks lads for turning up, in to what was horrible conditions and congratulations to anyone who had the sanity to stay at home, we braved the beach for an hour or so with a few small fish coming in and then moved to the shelter of the harbour. there was plenty of fish caught, including flounder, dabs, whiting, codling, eels, rockling, pouting, poor cod and a surprise sand smelt the real winner of the day fintan's young daughter, who at the age of 6 caught something like 14 fish putting us seniors to shame

no sean there not part of the comps we will be talking to members to discuss these novelty comps and meets,,, we might try get a week/ weekend in kerry sorted to but all in the pipeline
