Greystones, Beside South Beach??

#1 Post by johnnyf »

Has anybody fished Greystones South Beach, behind the railway station off the rocks-there is a kind of bathing area there that looks quite good for Pollock/Wrasse??

The rocks give way to sand - had dabs and a coalfish from there

mackeral, coalies, dabs, flounder, plaice, whiting. move to rocks behind school for slightly rougher ground. it is better for pollack here which will fall to spinners, and i'm sure bass too. wrasse in the rough but usually very small. flatties on sand with the odd decent one.
