Nothing fom me yet. I have fished Arklow, Ennereilly, Courtown and Wicklow. No Coalies either :)

we had one over 3lbs on the south east coast three weeks ago, we have been out five times since on different marks four rods fishing using all baits no joy very poor,was talking to a few pot men, none showing in the pots so no chance from the shore for us we were getting a good few decent ones this time last year, its very dissappointing,thought there would have been a few around after that blow last week. usually when they get them in the pots the winter run is on but not a sign :cry:

v.small codling showing from what (little) I know, but no cod :!: :!: :!:

Plenty of coalies around greystones though if you put in the hours

going to try the coombe tonight will try the rough ground might be holding a few :|

Strange this year i taught after last week they would be showing on the beaches.

I reckon the sea is too calm down there at the minute to bring them in. Its like glass since last saturday (which I blanked :? ) - however my Navtex is giving Storm-Force warnings for Friday & Saturday (7th & 8th) in the SW, so that should stir things up a little...

four of us fished it on wednesday, from 5-11pm, nothing only dogs and 1 flounder, useless went home depressed
had fished the cut on monday one bass, that stretch is useless at mom, cant understand it there is just nothing showing, there is a couple of marks along it just short of some reef that always hold a few had cod to 5lb exactly
this week last year but its barren at mom im considering taking up darts aat least you can drink and train at same time :!: its a sad sign of fishing today im afraid

some codling showing in pots around wicklow way the last two weeks up to 3 pound , in saying that i have tried off the beaches locally and had no joy . think we may try the boat. :lol:
