Its look like a calm weekend in store with light swell, so
looking for people to share a boat fishing charter on sunday out of
Carrigaholt.
http://www.fishandstay.com/boat/
Hoping to target cod, whiting, ling, pollack etc,
also there are six gills, porbeagles, blue sharks, skate etc out
there and if they bite any of our whitefish in half then we
will catch them as well.
at the minute there are two definates for this, jw and Tommy,
the boat is 480 for the day, hopefully split between four or five.
please post here if you are interested

the weather looks ideal for this one, there will be no breakfasts lost.
there is another crew fishing saturday, so strategy will be formulated based
on the up to date information. Since the weather has been bad recently
the strength and dispostion of the mackerel shoals is not known, so might
be worth having some frozen mackerel and or squid in reserve.
At the moment the plan is to fish on the best marks 8 to 12 miles west of loop head
targeting big whitefish
its 100km from cork to limerick, and 100km from limerick to carrigaholt

Yea, I'm up for for this!
One word of warning though, I've been booked on many boats in Ireland over the years and have never gone out in the end due to weather, storms brewing up, hurricanes etc. Just so you're prepared for the jinx I'll bring with me!
I'll send you a PM with my contact details in case anything comes up.
