HI Fishaholic, if you are heading into Clare tomorrow there are tackle shops in Fanore, Liscannor and Kilkee that sell frozen baits, also if you have time you can fresh lug on most of the beaches in the area,,

Hope this helps

Regards

Hi Fishaholic, If you are coming down by Limerick stop into the tackle shop in the back of News Stop on Mulgrave st in Limerick City, John has recently stocked up on Razor, Sandeel, Crab, Black Lug and Sea Packs.. John opens at around 8am
also you have Bonds fishing tackle for baits they open around 9.30 on.............

The tackle shop in Fanore should be open around 9 on as he is also the local grocer, sound guy and good for local knowledge....

Bourkes in Kilkee open in the afternoon (i think) another good guy for local pointers

The tackle shop in Liscannor should be open around 9, this is in the local Amber filling station..

If you are fishing West Clare try the Liscannor Estuary from the pitch and Putt course back to the bridge with sandeel should turn up Bass

Hope you have a good session, let us know how you get on...

Regards

theres also freeneys and duffys in the city centre galway, shop street

freeneys have loads of end tackle at knockdown prices but no bait - duffys usually have some decent frozen bait - you know yourself avoid the lazy lug theyll try and offload on you!

also well worth a try is at the docks in the city is galway bay sea foods - fresh as hell mackies and whatever else happens to be in at that time

as for worms well youll need the fork or else just bring it with yea if you can
