ballyquinn waterford this wed night

I will fish this beach on wed night with a friend have never been there so wondering any advice? whereto fish on it/what bait? what to target? Prospects?I have been told there are two beaches there? also what would be best tide comparison dunmore east? any thoughts would be very welcome pat

well pat how are things?there are two roads to ballyquinn but best one for ye would be main car park on west of beach,walk out to the leftwhen you get to the beach.species any thing can turn up flounder,dab,whiten,coalies,bass,ray,dogs plaice ect... anything can turn up there.tide is good for tomorrow low around 8ish fish one hour down and the rest up if ye can.have plans to fish tramore myself with a few lads other then that i would have gave it a go up there.let us know how you get on?

hi barry thanks for that that sounds promising will get down around teatime havent got to fish much this year with work and baby etc i will let you know how i get on i will fish on til late enough maybe even to high good luck in tramore pat

hi lads thinking of heading up there myself friday night so i am interested to see how u get on, keep us posted
I have also seen on some report (i think) that this place only produces fish at night, is this true
