Silverstrand 22nd Sept

#1 Post by nige »

People:vinnycorrigan, mga, stevecrow74, and myself

Duration:7pm - 12:00

Tide:HW at 11.30pm

Weather: dry

Bait:mack squid lug

Rigs:various

Results:vinny 1 sea trout, mga 1 flounder, me 6 flounder - 2x31, 28,26,24,23cm. Steve mmmm blanked

Report: Think the results say it all. I had a great session - made up for sat anyway :) Vinny was 1st off the mark with the sea trout. While later i pulled in a 31cm flounder followed by 2 double flounder and on last cast got the smallest flounder. In between martin got his fish. Am sure the others will add there own few words. Steve has a few pics :)

Nice one nige. Good session, short way back to home  Any size of sea trout?
It is not a matter of upper or lower class, but of being up a while and down a while...

Thanks Lads for a great night out... got a lot of good tips on gear I need to equip myself with.. birthday coming up and leaving little hints around the apartment for my wife... lol.

The sea trout was a nice suprise... my first ever... it was tiny.. but nice and clean with no lice.
