Regulation and control of certain maritime craft Bye-laws 2008
TAKE NOTICE that Donegal county conucil proposes to make bye-laws entitled as above
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with section 7 of the maritime safety act 2005-
the purpose of the bye-laws is to prohibit the launching and operation of certain maritime craft including personal watercraft (more commonly referred to as jet skis)in the waters off certian beaches in the county specified in the schedule below and to provide for some related and other maters.
it go's on to say......... the concil will consider any submissions in relation to the draft bye-laws witch are submitted to it in writing by any person before the 31st day of october 2008
