Best Place to go?

Hi,

I new to this forum. My name is Eddie, and I from Liverpool.

Ive never been to Ireland before but im planning a fishing trip for May next year, a long weekend with the rods. Could any of you guys tell me of a good location to go? I have no preference of an area, im looking to stay in a cottage etc just to have a nice relaxing chill next to the sea.

Hi howe things your spoilt for choice coming to ireland. Are ya coming by boat or plane. What kind of fishing are you looking for. There's plenty of fishing to be had around Dublin and wicklow. You can get the boat to dublin port/ dun laoghaire . You could also head for rosslare either theres good fishing to be had on the south east coast wexford/waterford etc. Or if you willing to travel further afield head for the west galway/ mayo/clare etc . South coast cork/kerry. some spots up north also very good. As i said theres plenty of options and a vast variety of fishing no doubt youll get plenty of advice here.
I can give you advice on the south east coast wexford as im from that area pm me if you like.
