IS DUBLIN BAY GETTING CLEANER

Report:can any of you guys comment on things over the past six mounths in dublin bay .lots of immature bass turning up at Poolbeg also small smoothhound as far up as costellos Cod at the mouth of the Liffey small Dabs by the dozen at the back of Dunleary pier
and of all things small gurnard .NOt as many mullet as other years.Dogs all along the pier at Poolbeg and i have seen ray taken high water.Not many mackeral this year.Seems to me the bay is getting cleaner .My be this is the reason for the better fishing any ideas
