At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!
Was in the above store during the week (just opened, got dragged in by the missus ) Noticed that there selling Beach and Carp kits(also telescopic kit and lures).Anybody bought one of these outfits and how would they rate them for a newbie??? No longer a newbie myself (despite what Pete says )but it might be worth a review for someone starting out
dont know about fladden rods and reels, for i dont use them. but there is a shop here in Derry ( not a fishing tackle shop ) that is loaded up with fladden gear lures 99p each or six for £5, 100m of line 99p almost everything is going for the same price. i spent £25 on the stuff, couple of days later i dropped everything in the bin pure C**P!!! you know the saying-----you only get what you pay for. well i got it dirt cheap, and got cheap dirt!!
as ole rab c said " see me' see the sea' i love the sea me"
right i'am off for a swally!!!!!!! so were's the F***'n purse!!!!!!!
Only piece of Fladen kit I have is a Fladen Maxximmuss quivertip boat match rod and I have to say its not a bad piece of gear at all. However, I was given some rigs at one stage from a tackle dealer and they are possibly the worst things I ever came across.
