Weather: windy but managable

Bait: sandeel and rag

Rigs:1 hook clipped down

Results:1 ray and one flounder

Report:
Was out staying in my mates mobile home for the weekend so decided to get a session in. Wind was blowing a bit but there a bit of a surf blowing so i thought it would be worth a try. Got onto the beach right on the high tide because i knew that the beach only works on the turn. was there for about an hour and only had 2 casts but on the second one the tip started twitching. thought it was only something small but when i went to reel it in it took off. after a nice little fight i landed a nice female ray of about 9 lbs.
pleased with myself i cast out another time and waited for a while with no reply. nothing for the next hour and then as it was time to go had another twitch and reeled in and a flounder of about a pound was there. One for the BBQ. Everything went quiet then so decided to head back but all in all not a bad session. Latrons´ girlfriend took photos but i have yet to get them off her.
