Myself:

2.00pm-6pm:

L.W 2.30pm:

Very cloudy. Southerly breeze warm.:

Sand Eel, Crab, Kilty Lure:

3-hook Pat:

3 Bass best 4-5 lbs Stingray 5lbs???:

Arrived at the mark an hour late as usual. Baited up with 2 sand eels and craf first cast produced nothing so i rebaited and decided to have a few spins! Within the first five casts i was on a bass of about a pound and a half great fighter plenty of jumps and runs. Things went quiet after that didnt get another bite for about an hour. Then i had a slack liner on the bait rod. It tightened up to a fine bass of about 4 and a half pounds. Again things went quiet then another bite on the bait rod this time small little bites i struch into something heavy and it turned out to be a stinger. I wasnt too surprised as ive caught them here before still tho they are pretty scary looking feckers. After that i had to pack up because of the tide but i did have a few more casts with the spinner which produced another bass of about two pounds. A fine days fishing nice to be out and thank god it never rained :D :

Thanks lads forgot to mention i had a gar fish on the kilty also but he got off just at my feet. Also had a couple other good takes. They seem to be as a good a lure as any.
