Bait: Lug, Mussel, Mack & crab

Result: 20+ Weedfish. 1 4lb, 16 at 1.5 lb 3 at 1 lb
Report:
Mark: Rocks at stream past driving range on south beach
Arrived at the venue feeling optimistic with the big tides n' all and I wasn't to be disappointed. First cast, hit into a monster. Took about 15 minutes to get him in as I was fighting him and the very strong currents. Got him to the surface and immediately recognised the tell tale brown appendages of the weedfish. A definite counter too :D . Unfortunately this one was deeply hooked. Tried to release him but he fell apart. After another 19 caught and safely returned for the pleasure of other anglers and not wanting to be greedy, I packed up and headed for home.
