JJ's back from the Amazonm

#1 Post by kieran »

Hi all

Met JJ back in South America a decade or more ago, fishing for trout in the Peruvian alps... don't ask like you have to... JJ is a very professional photographer and he's sent me this link to his latest report

http://www.jjphoto.dk/jj_fishing/photo_ ... _jul08.htm

If it wasn't for the fact that I know the mozzies heat and humidity would have me scatty in six hours, I'd be envious....

Ok, even I don't belief that! Check out the peacock bass...

Enjoy...
Kieran Hanrahan

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks

some of those fish had fantastic markings and colours.that would be the holiday of a lifetime, even though the mozzies would drive me nuts in less than six hours

Men and fish are alike. They both get into trouble when they open their mouths.
