People: Paddy, Paddy, Goggins and Me
Duration: 7pm - 10pm
Tide: Push, High
Weather: Still
Bait: Feathers, Mack.
Rigs: Flashers, 2 Hook Pat.
Results: 1 Mack and some Pollack
Report:
Just out chucking feathers for a while, I had the only Mack of the night and we also got some Pollack over the back wall.
Reason I'm reporting this is, A guy caught a Cuckoo Wrasse off the pier! First time I've seen one off the Dee and great to look at! It seemed to be a dark coloured female and was caught on a flasher trace.
and that about covers it... :L

trust you to get the first mack of the season    , well done m8, can't get out for a while due to other committments, but when i do i'm gonna give the old marina round the corner a go. i scouted it out at low tide the last time i was down and it looks to be a wrasse oasis :) :) :) :D that no one ever seems to fish. can't understand why :? but the enviroment ticks all the boxes for good sized wrasse habitat, so if you're up for it, i was thinking of planing a bit of a wrasse species hunt day, to see how many different kinds of wrasse can be got in one session 8) 8) i'll post nearer the time to let you know when. got a new contact for king rag (these things are like snakes!!! ) i'm guessing any wrasse over 2/3 lb would go nuts for em, and anything smaller would have issues getting them in thier chops  keep you posted, AL
