Hi All,
probably a stupid question, I got some of the above reel holders for the tackle box, has anyone got them or fitted them to the box lid?
There are 4 holes on each red bracket, but are they screwed from the outside in or inside out?
Dumb I know!
Cheers for the help.

don't waste your time keith. they'r nex to useless. dont hold 525's or bigger. if you screw em into lid then they unbalance a box thats under loaded when lid is open. they take up valuable space that could be used for like squezing in a freezer bag for a long walk down beach or whatever. when you do eventually decide that they have no use and to take em off they leave the screw holes through which sand, water and sea spray can pour down on your shiny reals (which will be resting on bottom of box anyway)-especially if you stick em on the lid. these holes can be covered with tape but ja know yourself like its unneccessary hassle and prevention being the best cure and all.

Keith,
I wouldn't bother with them mate. I fitted the conversion kit years ago, use the rest of the bits and they're good but those reel holders are a waste of time, plus the rubber goes dry and starts cracking over time plus everything else Hugh has said! Fiddly things at the best of times. I haven't had any trouble with them leaking but can never remove them now or I'll have holes in the lid, really wouldn't bother

i thought the opposite, the lead sorter yoke, is a joke, after walking to your peg youl find everything is all over the shop, i bought a plastic box which is screwed in the box, work great. the reel things i think are great, have a 525 in one and abu in the other, stay put all the time
