People: me fein

Duration: 7-11

Tide: no idea thought it was going out then in then out then in etc.

Weather: sharp northerly, sand rising dry

Bait: frozen blues and blacks

Rigs: pulley, 3 hook flapper

Results: turbot, flounder, whiting

Report: headed down to dannys tackle in enniscorthy - had no rag or lug fresh and wanted to sell me blues - wasnt too impressed by all accounts listening to reports here - but took them along with blacks

the current was running north south and there was a sandbar 30m out - was only 70 m from the beach entrance

an english fella was packing up after blanking - but told me he did alright the day before with smoothies amongst 5-6 other species

had only 1 grip to hold bottom - the 4 ounces were pushed up on the beach everytime

bit of weed about aswell

nothing happening at all in close or at 50m

with darkness a flounder came in close to a cocktail

then the turbot came to straight bluie on a 3/0!

then the whiting started ratling - brought one in - missed one or two more bites and just left it

satisfying enough - for a mark id no clue really about

fair play to danny for giving me directions to "kilmuckridge"

should also have said fair play to the irish - the state of the car park at morriscastle was a sight to behold - if the bin is full take it home in your car - as opposed to feck it on the ground

an absolute bomb site - the emerald isle me arse!

Havent got out since sunday, I'm starting to violently shake and dribble with the withdraw symptoms.

Corbyeire,

I might be stir-crazy by then

Got heaps of work on at the moment, so I'll not commit just yet, I'll let you know tomorrow.

Gonna have to give tonight's drinking session a miss though sorry.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY :D :D :D
