CO WICKLOW BEACH

[b]people: me and a mate

[b]duration: 3 hours

[b]tide: dropping

[b]weather: windy

[b]bait: rag/mackerel

[b]rig: flappers

[b]results: sea trout 5lbs approx

[b]report: fished dunlaoighre and no bites, thats a first. So moved to a beach further up the and nothing, big tide and wind ripping lead down the beach so decided to call it a day with one last cast :wink: :wink: mates line went slack suddenly so i told him and when he start reeling a monster sea trout start jumping and put up a hell of fight. Biggest one i ever seen estimated it to be at least 5 lbs maybe more it saved a blank but not for me :cry: :cry: :cry: . Lovely fish...!!! ill put a photo up in the near future.

hey ya buddy, sorry about the blank, who was it that got the sea trout.
im still in cameroon for at least 2 more weeks

Sorry on delay bud was on the ground for a few days. Andy lawlor got trout. im on fibua instructors course in cork for three weeks so happy days loads of fishing. 8) 8) 8)
