Casting Results Sunday April 6th

#1 Post by kstaff »

Venue:Fairyhouse
Weather: Strong North to NW wind blowing right to left, down the court.
Casters: PaddyC Cracko Sbyrne Rytis Kstaff. Only 5 :(

Enjoyable day only 1 bad hail shower, wind was very strong at times and made casting difficult. All in all everyone cast very well and all results seem to be PB's!

Thanks again to Fairyhouse for the use of the course!

Next meet will be in 2-3 weeks.

Will put some video's up soon.

Results: 125g
PaddyC 125g 237.17 yards
Kstaff 125g 218.94 yards

Results: 150g
Cracko 261.15 yards
PaddyC 250.21 yards
Rytis 205.81 yards
Kstaff 233.81 yards

PS; ZZiplex tart PaddyC had a few casts with a Century Crest Rod and loved it! I reckon there will be a few cheap ZZipies on the for sale section!!

Ballygowan could not make it!! You know who you are bottler! :D

Cheers guys a great day indeed.
John1, i used Rytis,s Crest for my last 2 casts on the 125g and was pleasently suprised with it considering its a century!! I was 5-6 yards up on the ZTI
Jeremy i was on my ZTI and Full Tournament, my 250 came to my faithfull FT with Pete's P-Tech 6500
Cracko used his XTR and Conoflex Anubis-Tournament
Keith/LT Bullet
Stephen/Full Tournament and original Quattra Sport
Rytis/CMC

Well done to all on there PBs.

Paddy ,

Thanks for the information as it gives a better understanding of what is used over there.

Just hearing that it is a Zziplex or Century doesn't meam much to us poor Ozzies.

Regards :D

Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.
