cleaning and antifouling
our boat just got lifted out of wicklow harbour today and i need some advice on the above subject, the bottom is not too bad considering when it was done last. what is best to scrape it with etc . its a 19 foot orkney stricker.

I don't do the mooring thing anymore but when i did i found the worst thing about cleaning the hull was barnicles. I found the best way to deal with them was to take the boat out of the water and just leave it for about a week and then they will all die. When they are dead they are much easier to get off. A wall paper scraper is perfect at that point :wink:
