People:Me and the dog

Duration:5pm to 8pm

Tide:high around 7.30

Weather:windy but not too cold and dry

Bait:frozen lugs,squid,sand eel

Rigs:2 hooks flapper

Results:nothing

Report:After an evening spinning, went for try the beach... for a long time a couple of very shy bites and a lot of crabs... I've got only one serious bite, but what a bite!!! Literally pull out my rod of the rod rest... Maybe too excited put too much pressure on the spool and the fish dropped the sand eel... So decided to stay a bit more but it went very quiet again so call it a day and come back home...

hard luck on the droped fish, still 2 early 4 spinning in malahide. as i said in other post ill check out tides and get back 2 u 4 a session, we`ll hit 2 spots.

Yesterday I was just hoping a few flatfish... But the essential is to have a good time on the beach with the dog, out after a week working...And it ll be great to have a session with somebody who know the place.... :lol:
