Heading to the Downings for the last weekend in March - can anyone recommend any good marks/tactics? Never really fished around here before apart from passing two hours off the village pier one evening...
Any help appreciated, PMs treated in strictest confidence as always... ;)

Downings marks/advice
on the way into the Downings there is a fork in the road, go to the right. about five miles or so, it takes you up by some caravan sites and another coastline. there is loads of rock marks /beaches there to fish. don't know about this time of year, but in the summer months there is great fishing along there. Downings pier is also good at night lots of mullet there, and a very good Chance of a conger....best of luck mate...
