just saw this on the tv wrap soldering wire just above you threbals to in crease weight and to get them to dive deaper or just a litle to change how it moves in the water also drill a small hole in the hollow type and add a few led shot it also makes it ratle a bit seal with resen or in my case a little clear silicone
also if you were previsly into fress water trolling this is a way of salvaging all those trolling lures for bass pollock ect

I'm a little late on saying this but its a great idea and will save me buying heavier plugs, 8)
