we arrived down and set up around six. i was fairly confident we were gonna catch after yesterdays session, i was there from lunchtime until half eight with 2 decent coalies and a nice poor cod to show for my efforts. it was nice to meet some of the guys from the forum yesterday, so a big hello to drew, dan and liam. ( GOOD BUNCH OF LADS) 8) well on this session with my son jordan i was playing second fiddle to junior. would you believe it, on his first cast he got a double header, a nice poor cod, and a codling that was anything but poor. 49 cm and 2lb 8oz!!!! the biggest cod i have seen taken from dee harbour to date. and to make things even better it was shortys first ever cod!! if your gonna do it, suppose its best to do it right :P . and me ,well less said the better seeing as i drew a blank

I definitely think he deserves it anyway. There's not many his age would stick the conditions down that pier at times over the winter months but with him you don't even get a complaint.

Well done !!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8)

Where did he catch the fish on the pier? over the wall or in between the two harbours?
