This web site has the addresses of the tackle shops

Most of the tackle shops are fresh water based with some sea tackle and are small. The fishing and shooting shop sell penn525mags for 180 euro about the same as the mail order after p&p is taken into account. Other than that I wouldn't get to excited. Will you be fishing?

in limerick city?..................nope!!!............you have three shops in limerick city, limerick angling centre on john street. the place doesn't look like much when you go in, but it's probably the best place in town to buy rods ands that kinda stuff, john will cut you really good deals but he has to order the stuff in, which mightn't be any use to you if you're only here for a few days.....then you have steves, i think he renamed it the fishing and shooting store, that's in denmark street, his place looks the business and chances are will have a fair amount of teminal tackle and that, but he is notorious for being over priced though! and you have bonds in wickham street, i don't really get much there, so i can't comment, but they seem like a pretty good set up there too, i'm sure some of the other lads on the forum will know more about bonds
The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
