Where's fishing well??

#1 Post by adam.urwin »

Hi lads, I'm heading out Sunday morning in the general Dublin area. Based in Balgriffen. I was wondering which areas are fishing well and for what? Obviously don't expect specific marks to be given away but if you want to help me out a PM would be appreciated! I have frozen lug, mack and peeler. Thanks

Adam, just look through the recent reports and you'll get a good idea of whats been caught and where, rigs, baits etc. Theres a good link on the viking tackle website (trip planner) where you can check out weather and tides ). You can expect (hope for!) whiting, rockling, dabs, coalies, and more whiting!!, thats what i've caught recently and i'm a novice. Good luck.

Mate the harbour is now a building site I think you may need to reconsider..
