Lahinch / liscannor bay isn't a bad spot, fishes well on a rising tide at night / dusk during the summer / autum nights, plenty of dogs, the odd plaice, lots of smaller flounder and occassional bass from 1-10lbs to be had. either side of the bay can produce, near the mouth of the river before liscannor or at Cregg beach on the south side, daytime is unfishable due to surfers ! .

Doolin isn't a bad spot but has some dodgy currents so be careful when out there.

There are a few marks then between Lahinch and Kilkee, white strand x 2 looks good but never had anything moer than dogs and flounder there.

to be honest ,there are so many beaches on that part of the coast that the only way to work it out is to put in the hours and work out what works best where. There are plenty of fish there , bait is fairly easy to come by but you rarely bump into other anglers anywhere other than blackhead and lahinch so picking up detailed information about marks is tricky... although you'll always meet a few old boys who'll tell you that there are no fish here / my son in law had a 23lb sea trout / bass / pike here last tuesday lunchtime.
