Anyone fished Howth Pier lately?

Thinking about fishing the long pier this weekend, just wondered if anyone had tried it lately.

I haven't fished the pier for years! Any thoughts on what you might expect?

I know there's pollack in season, might be too early at the moment. Should be some flatties on the clean sand and maybe a chance of codling in the rough??

I guess really, I'm not expecting much, if anything. But if I don't go, I don't know!
