People: Me
Duration: 5.30 -10.00 pm
Tide: HW at 6.30 pm
Weather: Moderate to strong southerly wind, very mild
Bait: Crab, squid, razorfish, mussel
Rigs: 2 hook flapper (3/0), single hook pulley (3/0), 2 hook paternoster (hook size 2)
Results: 1 coalfish
Report: Good surf with moderate to strong southerly wind so it looked like good bass conditions. But in the end I caught just one coalfish on crab using 3/0 hook. Nice looking fish 35 cm, and just under 1 lb. Caught about 2 hours after HW. No more bites after that.
