People:myself


Duration:7pm to 8.30pm


Tide:rise


Weather:dry then became very wet


Bait:lug, maddies


Rigs:2up 1down


Results:30 plus whiting,7 dabs.





Report:myself for a hour and half,wanted to try out new braid and reel,very pleased :D first cast 3 whiting, most casts where the same 3 of the dabs good size 4 dabs under 20cm rain started to get very heavy whiting not worth a soaking
all catch and release

good fishing pete,

the wexford coastline seems to have good numbers of fish at the moment.... not great quality by the sounds of it but quantity is a quality of its own :wink:

Great fishing in an hour and a half, heading to wexford this weekend, hope the fish are still around :) .
Species '20 (14) 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Codling, Whiting, Pollock, Coalfish, Pouting, Corkwing Wrasse ,Ballan Wrasse, Poor Cod, Dab ,Smoothhound,Flounder, Thornback Ray


For the rich, there is therapy. For the rest of us, there is FISHING! --
