present : Me, Prod and Ger

Chilly enough night, good sky and light winds which fell away.
Fishing was brisk and busy. Toide appeared in bu hard to tell, working out tides between Arklow and Wexford is ridiculous if you check some sites!

Anyway approx 20-25 whiting to decent 1/2lb sizes a few dogs and flats.
whiting were on steroids!!

Bait : squid (very successful) lug (good) and mackerel (less so)
Tide: High on the ebb
Time : 6pm til 11pm

you're almost right, south of courtown it's Ballygarret turn left just past the wee shop, and onto pier, good thing is you can drive onto the pier end and have a bit of shelter if needed.
We were fishing all directions getting solid bites all night, we have fished there a few timies and ouotside 1 occasion when we were slammed by about 60 dogs this was arguably our best night, considering the species!
