People:me

Duration:various

Tide:springing

Weather:3 days of rain and SW gales

Bait:rag and frozen sandeel

Rigs:pulley pennells adn one up one down.

Results:seatrout and painted ray

Report:Decided on a few days in Kerry at relatively short notice even though the weather forecast was terrible. Didn't disappoint as i had 3 days of SW gales and rain so fishing was restricted to the north side and mostly in and around Brandon bay. Over several sessions had a seatrout on a beach mark at night and the ray of Stradbally at the start of the flood. Fish scarce and no bass but delighted with the ray as it is only my second painted and a PB.
