People: myself

Duration: 3.45 to 830pm

Tide: high about 8

Weather: SW breeze, few good gusts, no rain mild

Bait: refrozen, lugs, mack, sandeel

Rigs: single hook pat, 3 hook flapper

Results: 2 flounder

Report: probably needed my head examined going to ballyloughan when i wanted to try and put another blank behind me (fanore, yesterday) - but feck it it worked :D

started out in the light on the fill no interest - about 1.5 hrs with darkness, before HT baits were being stripped - then i thought i had dropped a flattie

next cast in came one 26cm to lug and mack - 2 women walking were awful impressed 8) - im easily pleased

only about 30 yards out on the flapper - had one in close like that and another at about 60 yards

got another about 3/4 of an hour later at the distance on the pat again lug and mack 25cm but much plumper

no other action - but im sure more would have shown if i had stayed on

was happy out as i had blanked the last 2 times at this venue aswell

that beach is 50/50 blank, catch - which is better than some other supposedly brilliant marks and 20mins from my door 8)
