what are the moon phases going to be like on sun for the codathon.... low water is about 1.30

M.R. @ 13.50.... so between 13.00 and 14.30. then again from 16.15 18.00.
I would rate sun. 20th. as poor to fair, if the weather is favorable then it could rate fair to good.
