Hi Daithi,
You can use the very thin, coated wire in telephone wire as stop-knots, it also has the advantage of being re-positionable.

i cant really fault the smarties.. anytime i have 'borrowed' a rig from midget they seem to last a good while..
i usually get the yellow ones as they are good bait clips too :wink:
