Just recently purchased a Daiwa TDX 129, can anyone recommend what reel would best suit it, thanks in advance.

The type of reel will depend on the species and size of fish you want to target

Is there going to be much difference between a 7ht and a 7ht turbo to someone who is relatively new (coming back) to the sport, as the ordinary ht is about 45% cheaper. or will I regret it in the long run.

Final received this set up after a 2 month wait  thankfully it was well worth the wait.
Excellent set up, now I've just got to break it in.
