hows it going
Just looking for a bit of advice
I hope to do a bit of bass fishing during the summer around the beara peninsula as i live there. I think i have a suitable rod and reel but dont know what lures to use or where to fish

All help would be much appreciated

German sprats have worked for me on three occasions they 're cheap so you can put them in holes you'd never let a more expensive lure near shad are supposed to be good too.

shads are great for not getting snagged - tend to bounce off rocks more - get away with much more with them - may not be as effective as more expensive lures

a rapala j-11 has got a fare few fish for me, kiltys are also pretty good when the winds blowing
