I'd agree with JD there. I've been known to hook mussels/limpets when lure fishing and its a slippery slope if we start including those!! :)

no squid or cuttle fish!!! the are not fish, if we allow them that would mean starfish,whelks, crabs etc.. would have to count, once again they are not fish :lol: :lol: :lol:

But they are species! I'd say squid are alright because they can be targeted with rod & line specifically.

I wrote species. But the thing is you can fish for them with rod and line. Fishing for squid :lol:

Only fish caught in 2008 in/off Ireland count. !!

there's nothing i enjoy more is fishing for a few squid in a competition and when you get it to buy the lads a few pints. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :roll:
