info on Big Danny Event 28-29/6/2008

There is an event being held in Antwerp,Belgium 28-29/6/2008
This is to mark the 20th anniversary of the Belgium casting club
And promises to be the main casting event of 2008

Sportscast Ireland hope to be sending at least one team to compete.

The story so far is,,i have already sent off the entry forms letting Erik know we will have two teams, being that there has not been much interest there is no real need for qualifiers so we can run a session along side one of our club meets to determine who is on Ireland A and who is on the Ireland B, the names i have so far are:

Marty Harrison -------confirmed
Stephen Byrne -------confirmed
Andy Elloitt -----------confirmed
John Henry -----------confirmed
Paddy cunningham --confirmed
Andrew Gormley -----confirmed
Chris Pritchard -------confirmed

So we still need one more to make up the two teams of four,
is there anyone else?

Sorry Paddy I dont think I would have the experience,confidence,money or time for this one but you never know what could happen over the next year or two. (divine intervention maybe :idea: ):lol: :lol:

How are the guys getting on with there practicing? Is everyone still on form or have they practiced too much and shot a crig?

Still good luck to all, you all still have a chance of 2nd spot....... I think the big man will be playing with the field and if needed will just fire it a bit further!

From 2nd to 9th for you all would be nice.....................
