Galway Bay 6/3/05

Fished two hours either side of high tide - a cold and sunny day.

Caught pollack, spurs, cod and ling. The ling, about a 6 pounder, was the earliest that I have ever caught this species. Two spurs, both about 10 pounders. Others were miserable specimens. The one cod being very thin and saggy.

Small trawl was working the grounds adjacent to 'my' mark. :x
