In the south of England in fish & chip shops thats what you will get if you ask for fish & chips..."Rocksalmon"

I've not had it, but I have heard it is nice enough to eat.

its a sad fact that the humble dogfish comes in for such abuse,i have seen people catch these and stand on them [full weight ]to stop being rubbed by the tough skin : :( .i have also seen guys cut them open to get a hook worth a few pence back :shock: .anyone i have seen i have shown how to handle them and how to remove hooks properly and without causing the fish any great distress,and if the are deep hooked cut the hook of altogether.all these fish should be returned alive and well as they make good sport on what other wise may be a blank session.will these so called anglers ever LEARN!!!!!
