looking to buy a kayak for fun and fishing around the north down coast, what is the best one to go for, I quite like the Caper and Drifter from Ocean kayak, are they any good or is there better for the money?

Well id say if you want it for fun and fishing my personal choice would be the Caper thats what im looking to get my hands on
Catches for 2012: Pollock, Mackerel, Dogfish, Sea Trout, Ballen Wrasse

And more to come on the end of my line ............

Prowler 13 was my choice and would still be if buyin again. Caper is a bit smaller and prob' better fun in the surf. I'd suggest keepin away from the wide Drifter or Big Game as you loose so much in the paddling for the little bit of extra width I dont think its worth it. All the best.
