People myself agus croppyboy agus dbrock

Duration: 9pm - 2am

Tide: ebbing

Weather: raining

Bait: the sercret stuff :wink: , lug ,rag , crab , mack

Rigs:conger traces , rockling traces and some others

Results:rockling 2LB - 10oz !! :shock:

Catch and Release::NO !! sadly it was gut hooked but will taste lovely !! :D



Report:well what can i say fintan stoll the night with that beautie just as i was sayin about big rockling the rod went ! those of you who know where the spot is dont write it publicly !please :evil: , and those of you who dont know where it is ! TOUGH TITTIES !! :lol: :lol: good nght im delighted for fintan as its his first specimen ! nice !! 8) just to say fairplay to dbrock who flew down at the push of a button with camera and scales in hand !! fairplay to that man !! :D

sounds like a cracking fish well done to fintan for getting it ,make sure he gets his specimen form in before the end of the month ,or it'll not make it into this years book .
If someone shows you a mark to fish, respect it and dont pass it of as one of your own, dont tell every man and his dog about it.

yeah mate their great eating !! :o a 1.75LB is the specimen size for a 3 BEARD !

Has to be my favourite fish to catch, but I've not had one I'd consider putting on the pan yet, they've all been too small. Am curious about how they taste, good eating by all accounts.
The colouration on them can be fantastic.

Nice fish.
