XXXXX mail order

#1 Post by okuma »

friend of mine order some stuff from them a week ago, there was a rod included also. He went to collect it to post offisethis morning, the package was bended and twisted and i think some postman or two were jumping on it as well...well thats the impression i got then i saw it,the rod ment to be blue....it was bits and peaces of "blue" inside a packadge, everything else were fine,i ring XXXXX and told them whats wrong, they ring me back in few minutes apologising and stuff and they told me they sending another rod stright away....no questions asked ,just is the other stuff ok. I dont think its them foult about the rod,i used to get them with no prob, they just leaving this for them self. Post servise its another story.... What ill do is ill take the pic of the broken rod and mail it to XXXX just to show, its only for the future shoping if anything goes wrong again.. Great servise (not sure if i can put the name of the company...?) lets say... PM me for details :D :D :D

if you dint mind me asking where do you live, as veals, like other companies use couriers to deliver rods, cant speak for the south, but in the UK the posties don't deliver rods, smaller packages yes but rods no, as i said before those items are usually sent by private couriers

Have used Veals for years and never had a problem. Would say that the "accident"happened in transit by the courier perhaps.

Veals have always been reliable and very helpful and in my 6 or so years of using them have never had a problem with any of their stuff.

Happened me too. Veals very helpful. Couldn't replace it though because none left. Gave money back without question. Not their fault really but a flimsy cardboard box isn't good enough for shipping rods. Got a rod from Harris Sporstmail too and it was packaged in a hard plastic pipe. Much better.
