:( Six of us fished the big rock near the blowhole not a touch, traveled down to a mark between C/dun and C/lough fished of the rocks again not a touch. Mabey its a bad time of year?

Mate as a group we fish together every week almost and the only spot to get a hit in a bit has been the beach at cushendun, sorry to here about ballintoy as we were thinking of trying it. what bait were u using.

Its getting a bit late in the year for Ballintoy, having fished it for last 20 odd years or so and being within walking distance always found Dec/Jan is best. But like most places around Ballintoy - Ballycastle area the shore fishing has got worse. You could spend days on it for a big fish now rather than a few hours :(

We where using mackeral and squid.
Think Ill try Donegal west next.
