Good looking mix there. Am I right in thinking theres no MA comp for 4 months between May and September?
“........if people from Leinster support Munster, it’s actually good as it has separated those who really want to support us from the fickle ones, which means the base is being built on a solid core of support. If it’s based on fly-by supporters, that’s not a good foundation – as they say, rats will always jump first from a sinking ship.” Denis Hickie, Disco Legend

Yeah, mainly because of the open and the difficulty picking competition venues that are likely to fish well at that time of year.

Ok, Great, this will be my first year in the club and won't be taking these compo's that serious it will be more an opportunity to get around the country and fish new places . . . seems a decent mix of locations . . .

Can't wait . . and put some faces ot the names!

That's OK. We already have three or four Johns, a few Steves, a couple of Pauls and occasionally a spare Pete.

I've added the Shore competitions to a public Google Calendar.

If you have an iCal compatible calendar, the .ics link is:

http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/6i2 ... /basic.ics

Or if you use Google Calendar itself, just search public Calendars for "Sea Angling Ireland".

what sizes will you be fishing? the wall is full of pin whiting at this time of year with the odd dab. it has to be said that due to the strange summer the fishing seems to be held back about a month, if this holds true then you could be in for some decent fish.............Chris

We have a 20 cm rule for full points. All fish below 20 cm score 2 points.
