Wedding ring found at Cork Harbour fishing mark

#1 Post by rory from cork »

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum...

Found a mans wedding ring in the White Bay area last week and I'd like to return it. I think there's a good chance it belongs to an angler. It has 'Aine' inscribed on it and a date from last year.

Send me a PM if your the owner...thanks, rory

Might be worth checking with the registrar's office? They should have list of marriages, you have date and a name....(assuming was an Irish wedding of course).
Good on you anyway.

Fair play to ye Rory. I don't think it was the one I lost in a Co Meath lake....

Unusual that. Most wedding rings are usualy lost in Discos

Best contact the Gardai as thats the first place someone would contact to find it.

I've "stickied" this to make it easier to see. Please let a moderator know if it's resolved.
