Stay away from the cheap daiwa sweep fire reel its an awful reel and that's being nice.I had one before and it fell apart after about four months.But the sure catch salty is one little beast of a rod

I was online the other day and bought a Fish eagle multiplyer cl50 for 25 pounds with a 6ft salty jerk bait rod and 15lb berkley braid for 11 roughly about 50 euro with shipping, Im hoping to try them out when they arrive and the weather calms.

Just a heads up.... was in the Cork Angling & Outoor Centre the other day. They had stock of the 7' and the 8' Surecatch Salty rods.
I think the 7' was priced at €40 - probably do better in the " January sale" :D :D
